Libran Counselling

Restore the balance in your life

In times of need it can be difficult to trust in someone to support you through a difficult period in your life, anxiety, depression, negative thoughts and relationship issues can often present and impact our lives. Counselling can offer support in managing this in an environment that is free from judgement and expectations.

I practice a Humanistic approach to counselling that is non-judgmental, supportive and caring. I offer a safe therapeutic space for you to use to explore and change any issues that you would like to address. Establishing a relationship of respect, trust and confidentiality is essential to my way of working with you.

I am happy to have an initial conversation on the phone or contact via email to answer any questions or give further information, please note I do not work with anyone under the age of 16.
