I abide by the Ethical Codes of these organisations and engage in regular Supervision to ensure ethical practice.

I have experience working for two major charities - NSPCC where I worked with soldiers and their families and Action for Children where I worked with hard to reach and vulnerable families addressing a variety of issues. I manage a counselling service for a charity which supports people who are blind or visually impaired and their families.
I regularly attend additional training, seminars and workshops to continue my personal and professional development and to ensure that I am current within my profession.
I am Head of Counselling at a college in Winchester where I teach and co-ordinate counselling courses working with students who wish to train as counsellors, and an affiliate member of the ETF (The Education and Training Foundation).
